NMM is still incredibly unreliable when it comes to bethesda games other than skyrim, with some users having it work fine, and others having it completely bork the install, or just otherwise not work. If it still did not work, name the mods you are using, Mod conflict is a major problem I really hate it when people post in threads both without bothering to read them, and spreading lies like nexus mod manager being easy to use with fallout 3. Oh there's your problems, launch the game with the FOSE launcher, not the icon in steam, in fact, add a non steam game and point it to that fose launcher if you want the steam overlay The FOSE thing wasnt on NExus though so I had to get it from some website that the nexus page linked me to. esps associated with RHironsights are active, launch through the FOSE_loader and you should be good to go. To install it properly, just extract the provided file (it probably requires 7-zip, which is an all around useful program anyway, as well as being a free program.), and then copy the data folder into your main fallout 3 directory (same one as where you copied FOSE to). I'm pretty sure RHironsights doesn't have compatible format for automated install. If you have to use a mod manager (which you don't, if ironsights are all you want) than you would want to use FOMM(fallout mod manager). For the love of all that is holy, DO NOT use nexus mod manager for fallout 3, you are better off manually installing than trying to use NMM.
